Kelly Werner
Founder & President
Kelly Werner is a dynamic leader and creative visionary committed to inspiring growth and fostering community. As the Founder of Mission Single, Inc., she is dedicated to creating transformative discipleship opportunities for single Christian women, building a vibrant community where they GATHER, GROW, and GO.
Her rich professional experience spans nonprofit leadership, serving the local church, professional theatre as a performer and director, marketing strategy and execution, and Bible teaching. An accomplished performer with a BFA in Music Theater and a Graduate Certificate in Biblical Studies, Kelly uniquely blends her artistic talents, strategic expertise, and deep faith to equip individuals and connect them with their God-given callings.

Karla Eden
Board of Directors, Treasurer
Karla has been on the board of Mission Single since its inception. She brings years of experience in nonprofit accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and board compliance. Karla’s specialty is understanding the mission and vision of any nonprofit and accurately reflecting it in its financial reporting to communicate both to donors and outside agencies.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa. She and her husband, Brian, have three children.

Brian Eden
Board of Directors, Secretary
Brian is a seasoned executive with invaluable expertise in managing teams, project management, and strategic vision. With a proven track record at Hewlett Packard, Genpact, Infor, and DXC Technology, Brian defines and executes strategies, develops relationships, directs global teams, manages financial operations, and fosters inclusive environments.
Known for his integrity and relationship management skills, Brian leverages his ability to mentor and lead teams in achieving business objectives. Brian has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Iowa. Brian and Karla joined the board of Mission Single because they see the body of Christ as an integration of all demographics (married, single, young, and old). Fulfilling the Great Commission and reflecting Christ’s character is not dependent on marital status or life stage.

Katina Sullivan
Board of Directors
Katina is a serial entrepreneur who deeply loves people, family, education, and design. With over two decades in interior design, she founded Ally Lane Interiors with a unique approach to helping clients cultivate inspiring spaces where relationships flourish.
As an educator and Children’s Director, she created biblically based, heart-focused programming utilizing creative brain-based strategies to write and adapt curriculum to meet students’ diverse needs. While her professional accomplishments are noteworthy, raising her daughters remains her most important work.

Ronna Keller
Ronna is the Founder and President of Perspective Quest, where she helps individuals and organizations discover clarity for life and alignment for leadership. Through Purpose Driven Strategies, she helps organizations identify opportunities to strengthen processes, increase effectiveness, and achieve long-range goals with greater purpose and alignment.
Through Purpose Pathways, Ronna helps individuals discover and pursue their unique purpose by realigning their future so they can thrive relationally, vocationally, financially, nutritionally, and spiritually.
With extensive marketplace experience prior to serving as the Executive Director of a multi-million dollar nonprofit organization, Ronna brings valuable perspective and practical expertise to her clients. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Ministry Leadership from Southeastern University.

Jennifer Johnston
Jennifer is an accomplished leader with 26 years of success at AT&T, where she has led teams across multiple business units, including Sales, Operations, Human Resources/Staffing, and Business Marketing.
With a versatile background in highly relational and technical disciplines, Jennifer’s areas of proficiency span coaching, sales delivery, strategic planning, problem-solving, and leadership development.
She invests her expertise and skills in people and outcomes close to her heart, equipping individuals and teams to clarify vision, tackle adversity, execute plans, and maximize potential for Kingdom impact.
Jennifer has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Dallas Baptist University.

Rick Klein
Rick joined e3 Partners in 2022 as the VP of Development. Prior to coming to e3 he served as the Area Director for Mission Increase North Texas. He has also served as the Executive Vice President of NCF North Texas, and as the SVP of Development at CURE International.
Rick has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Gordon College. He and his wife Sherrie have three children.
